Title IX Annual Report

Sacramento State keeps statistics on any reports received by the Office for Equal Opportunity (OEO) of sexual misconduct (including rape or sexual battery), dating or domestic violence, and stalking. You can find the past and most recent statistics below:

2020-2021

2019-2020

2018-2019

Please note that these numbers differ from the Annual Security Report, which tracks Clery crimes. In brief summary, Clery crimes are those reported as occurring on or immediately adjacent to campus property. OEO’s statistics reflect all of the above Title IX offenses regardless of the location where they occurred.
