AFROTC New Cadet Orientation (Fall 2024)
***Fall 2024 Registration will open in June***
The New Student Orientation for Fall 2024 will be held at CSUS. Date/Time TBA. Once you apply, you will receive updates and additional information.
We will soon begin accepting applications for anyone interested in learning more. You may use the link below to submit an application and begin receiving additional information for the upcoming semester.

WINGS -- Official Application Instructions
- Sign up for the Fall 2022 semester above.
- Go to https://wings.holmcenter.com and click on "Apply for AFROTC" (in the ROTC tile)
- Note: The student applicant must complete the WINGS application by his or her self. Parents completing applications on behalf of their children violates authenticity/confidentiality and will nullify and void the application.
- Follow all instructions and complete each step of the WINGS application
- Stay tuned to sign up for an in-processing appointment with Det 088 Cadre. Sign-ups will take place by individual appointment. The information will be sent via email once you apply.
- Review the "Requirements" section of our home page for additional information on programs, schedules, and more!
