Research for the Region
The Institute for Social Research at Sacramento State (ISR) is a multidisciplinary research center partnering with communities and decision-makers to conduct applied social research across a wide-range of issues. We collaborate with our partners to design studies that balance practical application with scientific rigor, ensuring our research is culturally responsive and relevant. Our projects focus on producing reliable, accessible, and useful data to support evidence-based decision-making. We also serve as an external evaluator for our campus’ programs and collaborate with faculty who are conducting community-based research.
