About Biological Sciences
Biology is the study of life, an exciting and broad field of interconnected topics, including microbiology, molecular biology, cellular biology, genetics, anatomy, physiology, ecology, and evolution. Many of the topics also address our most pressing social problems, including public health, natural resource management, and the environment.
Mission Statement: We provide an evolving curriculum covering a breadth of biological disciplines with an emphasis on participation in research, mentorship, and community service activities.
