If you are seeking information about the California Family Health Study (CFHS):

CFHS was a multi-year research project sponsored by the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) and funded by SNAP-Ed. A federal bill signed on July 4, 2025, de-funded SNAP-Ed. As a result, the California Family Health Study ended on September 30, 2025.
