Digital transformation (Dx) is a strategic initiative that enhances academic and business operations, provides easy access, and removes barriers to success by focusing on three key areas:

Dx empowers the campus community to manage their Hornet experience securely from anywhere. This is achieved through behind-the-scenes process improvements, automated workflows, and the use of leading software to handle both simple and complex tasks that were previously paper-based.
Ongoing Dx work is driven by strategic technology projects, strong divisional leadership and governance, and identifying process efficiencies through the Red Tape Committee.
