About the Black Staff and Faculty Association
The Black Staff and Faculty Association (BSFA) is a welcoming group, interested in engaging and creating a campus where each of us can find a sense of home and community. BSFA, founded over 50 years ago, is centered on four pillars, Communication, Professional Development, Mentorship, and CommUNITY. BSFA's mission is to create a thriving community of belonging for Black faculty, staff, and students. Through advocacy, mentorship, and collaboration, we empower individuals to achieve excellence and contribute to a more equitable and inclusive campus environment.
Please consider engaging with the BFSA community, joining us for monthly meetings, events, and more!
Equal Opportunity and Excellence in Education and Employment
All University programs and activities are open and available to all regardless of race, sex, color, ethnicity or national origin.
