About Student Conduct
About Our Office
The Office of Student Conduct (OSC) is responsible for administering the CSU student disciplinary process at Sacramento State.
OSC reports and reviews alleged student misconduct before determining if the University will pursue disciplinary action. University discipline can be concurrent with civil or criminal actions and is a separate process from the residence hall disciplinary system.
Report any allegations of academic dishonesty. This can include but is not limited to, cheating, unauthorized collaboration, plagiarism, falsification or fabrication, gaining an unfair academic advantage, assisting or allowing any of these acts, or attempting to commit such acts.
Report Academic Misconduct Online
If you have information about a possible violation of the student conduct code, you can use the Student Conduct Form to submit a report to our office.
Reporting Sexual Violence or Harassment
The Sacramento State Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO) is responsible for initial investigations into student Sexual Harassment, Sexual Misconduct, Dating Violence, Domestic Violence, and Stalking.
Persons wishing to report concerns are encouraged to contact OEO through the "We Care, We Can Help" portal.
