1. Only covers matters that are specifically included. They will give you
a 25% discount to use a participating attorney for non included matters
(still a big expense for lawyers who charge $200/hour).
2. Won’t cover matters that occurred before January 1st of
year benefits began. For example to get a marijuana charge removed from your
record for a current job.
3. Won’t cover lawyer’s fees for trial until the fourth day so you
still rack up a huge bill.
