ArcGIS Account Support

For information on accessing ArcGIS software and resources, please see the Geography Department's GIS Lab Computer Resources. This service is for Sacramento State faculty, staff, students, and affiliates.

If you have issues accessing your ArcGIS Online account, or you are faculty that needs access to extensions or resources for ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, or ArcGIS Online, please contact the Geospatial Centroid's Director, who also serves as the campus Esri Site Coordinate and ArcGIS Online Administrator.

The Geospatial Centroid does not provide campus-level technical support with ArcGIS Software. For such support please contact IRT

Online Training Opportunities

Esri provides many training opportunities through my.esri.com. Access to these opportunities is available to any Sacramento State affiliated personnel. Simply create an ArcGIS Online account at: https://csus.maps.arcgis.com/ using your SacLink Single-Sign On.
