Grad Fest Details
Grad Fest is Tue., March 17 (10 a.m.-6 p.m.) & Wed., March 18 (10 a.m.-4 p.m.) in the University Union Ballroom
Join us at Grad Fest – your one-stop shop for all things graduation!
Grad Fest is a huge event for graduating students where you can connect with all of the resources you need for graduation. Check out all Grad Fest has to offer by scrolling down to discover:
- Graduate school programs and community organizations;
- Alumni Association gear and membership;
- Commencement information;
- ASI Student Shop regalia (cap and gown) purchases;
- Graduation portraits;
- Class rings, diploma frames, announcements, and other merchandise;

Order your GRAD PACK!
Now is the time to pre-order your Grad Pack filled with exclusive Alumni Association gear! Your Grad Pack includes a t-shirt, metal alumni license plate frame, tote bag, key chain, lanyard, hydro sticker, window cling, and your Alumni Association membership. Grad Packs must be picked up at Grad Fest on March 17 & 18.

Provided by ASI, everything you need will be available. Talk with representatives to ensure you purchase the right size and take it home with you!
Class rings, diploma frames, announcements, and more!
Provided by Jostens, there will be tables with samples and representatives available to help you make the most of this significant milestone in your life.
Graduation Portraits
Taken by Grad Images, no appointment necessary, just arrive photo ready. Regalia is available to borrow for the photo. If you would like to schedule a portrait session, use the button below to visit the Grad Images scheduling. Walk-ins are also an option but may have a longer wait time. Register with Grad Images and get a coupon for 20% off any commencement photos you purchase.
Commencement
Commencement is Friday and Saturday, May 22 & 23! Please visit us online to learn more about the ceremonies and to reserve your guest tickets. Every guest will need a ticket, so don't miss out!
