Course Description
Analysis of relations
among various racial and ethnic groups as they interact with
racism, ethnocentrism and class in the United States.
Students are taught to use
electronic resources for searching through literature and
parcitipating in discussions on racial and ethnic relations
.
Computer knowledge is desirable but
not required.

Requirements
Students will need an electronic mail account
and computer access to the Web. All CSUS students enrolled
in one or more units can create a
SacLink
account for electronic mail and Internet services. Although
a home computer with a high speed modem running Netscape or
Internet Explorer would be beneficial, students can use the
Web from one of the
campus student
labs.

Necessary Plug-Ins
In order to use the on-line quizes, you must
load the plug-in Neuron. If you are in a Campus Lab, you
need not do so since it is already loaded.
- Click here to download the
Neuron installation file.
- Exit the browser and run the file Neuron50.exe
- Once installed, open the Neuron folder and select the
"Non-Secure option".
