Wireless Access

Updated September 2020: Learn more about off-campus and alternative internet access - including looking up and accessing Comcast's FREE Xfinity WiFi hot spot near you! - during COVID-19 campus closures.

On Campus

While on campus, connect your devices to eduroam, Sacramento State’s official wireless network! Campus has over 1,500+ Wi-Fi access points, and we are actively expanding Wi-Fi 6 connectivity into campus buildings.

  1. Access the Wi-Fi settings on your device and choose "eduroam."
  2. Enter your full SacLink username (including the @csus.edu) and then your password.

Other ways to connect

SacLink

Our campus guest network. Connect through the Sac State Guest login.
Can be used for legacy devices that can't connect to eduroam (such as gaming consoles, TV's, Alexa, etc.).

SacEvent

Visitors on campus for special events can connect through SacEvent and use the Wi-Fi password that should be provided by your event coordinator.
