Department Updates Concerning COVID-19

The Student Service Center is here to assist you. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been experiencing a high volume of email inquiries and phone calls. Emails are answered in the order they arrive and there may be a delay in response time during peak periods (i.e., beginning of the semester or deadlines).

Note: Sending multiple email inquiries will not result in an immediate reply. If you need an immediate response, please call us during our office hours at (916) 278-1000, option 2.

  • Include your Name and Sac State ID number. No information will be disclosed to non-verified email addresses. Due to privacy concerns, we are not able to accept documents submitted via email.

To drop an individual class, initiate the process on your Student Account > OnBase Forms. To withdraw from the semester (all classes), use the online Semester Withdrawal Form through the OnBase Forms.

File/renew your 2021-2022 Financial Aid Application. List Sac State’s school code: 00150. If required to submit additional documents, refer to your Student Center > To-Do List for instruction.

Financial Aid pays out one week before the start of the semester. After your balance is paid, any remaining funds are issued within 2-3 days to your eRefund account. If you are waiting for a paper check, allow 5-7 days for it to arrive via postal mail.
