About the Student Service Center

The Student Service Center (SSC) provides students with a wide range of information and transactions related to enrollment, registration, and financial matters. The Center is often the first point of contact for students entering Lassen Hall and offers many services and referrals to other areas of the Division and University.

The fastest way to submit your Financial Aid documents? Upload your Financial Aid documents securely using your My Sac State login.

Apply/renew your financial aid application for the 2020-21 aid year: FAFSA or Dream Act. Tip: the application uses the 2018 income tax year.

Semester Withdrawal for continuing students not attending Spring 2020 (e.g. attending another school, taking a break, unable to attend), please notify the university by submitting the withdrawal form to us.

Financial Aid pays out one week before the start of the semester. After your balance is paid, any remaining funds are issued within 2-3 days to your eRefund account. If you are waiting for a paper check, allow 5-7 days for it to arrive via postal mail.
