2-Step Verification with Duo
Launched February 29, 2024 - A new look for Duo authentication
Duo requires two factors (your SacLink password and a secondary authentication method) to verify your identity and prevent unauthorized access to campus systems - even if a hacker knows your password. Access to campus tools and software including Canvas, My Sac State, Microsoft 365, your SacLink email and more require Duo authentication.
Double up on security by also using Global Protect Virtual Private Network (VPN) whenever you connect to campus drives, servers or other University resources from your mobile phone or laptop.
