Parking Permit Privileges

Parking privileges at Sac State are provided in accordance with each permit classification. Paid parking is required at all times when parking on campus. All forms of paid parking are non-transferable. Parking privileges may be revoked at any time for individuals found sharing or falsely using another individual’s virtual or physical permit.

Sac State uses Virtual Permits. You will not need to display a physical hangtag or paper permit if you have purchased a virtual permit. Please ensure your license plate number has been entered correctly into Online Parking Services to avoid unnecessary citations. View our Register Your License Plate page for more information.
