Report an Incident

Sacramento State takes reports of sexual violence and harassment, dating/domestic violence, and stalking (Title IX), as well as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation (DHR) very seriously.

All incidents of sexual exploitation, sexual harassment, sexual misconduct (including sexual battery and rape), dating or domestic violence, and stalking should be reported to the Office for Equal Opportunity (OEO).

This login portal is intended for individuals who previously created a Case IQ account while submitting a report to the University’s Title IX and Civil Rights Office. It does not use your campus login. If you need to file a new report—even if you’ve reported before—please use the “Report an Incident” link above instead.

Supportive Measures and Resources

Sacramento State is committed to supporting students, employees, and community members who may be affected by discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, or violence. You do not need to file a formal report to receive help. The Office for Equal Opportunity provides Supportive Measures and connects individuals to on‑campus and community resources whenever they need support.

Mission & Purpose

The Office for Equal Opportunity fosters an equitable environment free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation as well as interpersonal violence for the Sac State community by responding to incident reports, consulting with campus partners, and delivering educational programs for students and employees.

OEO reviews and investigates allegations of Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation as it relates to protected status as well as Sexual Misconduct, Sexual Harassment, Dating/Domestic Violence, and Stalking at CSUS.

OEO also provides trainings to campus constituents, and manages related Federal and State legal compliance requirements for students, employees, and University third parties.
