Employee & Labor Relations Is...
- Your resource and partner for a variety of services including but not limited to: interpretation of policies, procedures, and collective bargaining agreements; management of the performance evaluation process; counseling, mediation, and conflict management.
- Responsible for implementing labor agreements, and assists with workplace matters, including: workplace investigations, progressive performance management, trainings, corrective action, and workplace environment concerns.
