ECS Helpdesk

ECS Student Assistant Information

ECS Helpdesk Student Assistants can be found in RVR 2011 & RVR 2016 to assist you during RVR building hours. They can assist you with a variety of issues including ECS Account issues, Hydra connection issues, printing problems, etc.

ECS System Support Assistants are assigned to troubleshoot problems that would take too long for the Helpdesk Assistants to fix.

Be advised Helpdesk Assistants are often called away from the desk to diagnose a problem and gather information for System Support. If no one is present please call or email:
