ECS Student Assistant Information

ECS Helpdesk Student Assistants can be found in RVR 2016 to assist you during RVR building hours. They can assist you with a variety of issues.

Our student assistants also have tools to help you remotely. To contact them, please call, email, or chat online using the CSUS Service Now chat feature below.

ECS Remote Tools

Many ECS Resources are available remotely, please see our Remote Tools page for more information.

RVR & TEB Lab Hours

All ECS student may use ECS labs for general studying, class work, & collaboration as long as there is no class in session. For class times, specific building times, and after-hours use after ~5 p.m, please see the ECS student key fob information page.
