Technology Procurement & Requirements
Effective January 26, 2026, all IT hardware and software purchase requisitions and associated IT compliance reviews will be processed through the CSUBUY (P2P) platform.
The current ICT review process in ServiceNow will continue to be used for:
- Auxiliaries (ASI, UEI, and Union WELL)
- Canva integrations
- Certain ‘no-cost’ items
- Any technology component that does not have an associated commodity code and does not trigger an IT review in CSUBUY.
ICT Process
The required Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Procurement Request Form helps ensure that new campus technology purchases:
- Meet campus device standards
- Are compatible/integrated with campus systems
- Comply with accessibility and security requirements, and federal and state laws
