Student Health, Counseling, and Wellness Services (SHCWS) provides medical care, counseling, wellness programs, nutrition services, pharmacy support, and basic needs resources for Sacramento State students.

After-Hours Support
SHCWS is open Monday through Friday during business hours.
For medical or mental health support after hours, weekends, holidays, or academic breaks, Sac State students can use TimelyCare.
TimelyCare provides free virtual medical and mental health support for currently enrolled students.

Fall / Spring Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 8 a.m.– 5 p.m.
- Friday: 9:30 a.m.– 4:30 p.m.
Summer Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 7:30 a.m.– 4 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m.– 4 p.m.
