Welcome!
The School of Music at Sacramento State offers the rigorous study more commonly associated with prestigious conservatories, alongside an outstanding liberal arts education.
We offer the Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Music degrees, as well as the Master of Music degree in conducting, composition, or performance concentrations. With diverse backgrounds from all over the country and the world, our faculty have the experience and talent to help you achieve the highest degree possible in your music education. Our graduates have gone on to extraordinary careers as performers, conductors, composers, and educators.
